Color Crush: Green
Posted by Stacey Thomas on
I have never been a green person, but lately, I just cannot get enough of this color! I take inspiration from all over to bring into my earring collections, and new colors are definitely a huge part of that. Over the past couple of months, I have introduced quite a few new styles in this gorgeous hue. Let me show you how I would style some of my favorite designs!
I love the color blocking trend, and I'm obsessed with how green and pink pair together. For this look, I started with my green furry pom pom hoops and some emerald green paperbag waist pants from Asos. I thought this white eyelash sweater from Lulu's would really compliment the texture of the earrings, and then finished the look with a little shine in these rose gold loafers.
I still love the midi skirt and tee combination, so this outfit is centered around that concept. I would pair The Quinna Hoop in Green with this outfit, because they're fun without being overstated, and will add just the right amount of novelty to this tomboy-ish look. The skirt is satin in kelly green from Vici Collection, the band tee is from Nasty Gal, and of course high top Chuck Taylor's from Converse.
This next look is for all my boho girls! I love, love, love combining unexpected colors and this burnt orange velvet mini dress looks so dreamy paired with these dark green geode tassels. I added a little more green and gold into the look with this embellished headband, and then finished it off with these really cool beige boots.
This last look is a casual date night look that would be really cute for Valentine's Day! The Amina Earring is a heart shaped resin dangle earring with a tortoise shell pattern of green, mustard, and black. Each pair is slightly different in color, so you know you're buying a one-of-a-kind piece. I love the idea of popping the mustard yellow color, so I chose this balloon sleeve sweater dress and paired it with a taupe pair of over-the-knee boots: simple and cute!
